This equipment is used for spray drying of liquid containing dry matter such as solution and suspension. The material is heated in the tower for a short time, rapid evaporation, and low heat exchange temperature, which has little impact on the solubility, color, flavor and nutritional composition of the product. It is especially suitable for spray drying of heat sensitive materials such as concentrated milk, soy milk, egg liquid, blood powder, pharmaceutical, yeast and food additives, and is widely used in food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
The company has carried out a lot of experimental research in spray drying. In the processing of milk powder, several spray guns are used to spray and cyclone powder capture technology is adopted. The micro-powder is sent to the top of the tower by the air delivery system to realize the adhesion between micro-powder and fog droplets. The technology of vibrating fluidized bed secondary drying, cooling and lecithin spraying is also used. After agglomeration, the milk powder formed hollow particles, and the thermal physical state and instant solubility were obviously improved. The secondary drying and cooling of vibrating fluidized bed can prolong the drying time and save energy in the process of decreasing speed drying. After drying, the milk powder can be quickly cooled and packaged, which avoids secondary pollution and greatly improves the quality of the milk powder.
