The feed liquid is pumped from the feed liquid tank through the filter to the atomizer at the top of the drying tower, so that the feed liquid is sprayed into a very small mist droplets, and the feed liquid is in contact with the hot air, the water evaporates rapidly, and the finished product is dried in a very short time. The finished product is discharged by the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is discharged by the fan.

◆ Fast drying speed. The time is short, generally 3 to 30 seconds, due to the material liquid atomization into 20 to 60 μm droplets, its surface area is as high as 200 to 5000m*/m', the material moisture is easy to vaporize and dry, in the high temperature air flow, it can evaporate 95% to 98% of the water, the drying time is only a few seconds.
◆ Drying temperature is low, the use of parallel flow type spray drying form can make the droplet flow in the same direction as the hot air, although the temperature of the hot air is higher, but because the hot air enters the drying room immediately contact with the spray droplet, the indoor temperature drops sharply, the surface temperature will not exceed the wet bulb temperature of the heated air, generally 50~ 60°C, and the material stays in the dryer for a short time. Therefore, the final temperature of the material is not too high, which is very suitable for the drying of heat-sensitive materials.
◆ Wide range of use. It can be used in the drying of food materials such as milk powder, soybean milk powder, fruit powder and chemical products.
◆ Because the drying process is completed in an instant, the particles of the finished product can basically keep the droplet similar to the ball, and the product has good dispersion, fluidity and solubility.
◆ The production process is simplified and the operation control is convenient. Spray drying is usually used for solutions with solid content below 60%. After drying, it is not necessary to crush and screen again, which reduces the production process and simplifies the production process. In order to protect the material from contamination and extend the life of the equipment, all parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel.
